Hi Christine, I live in an old farmhouse on the outskirts of Chilliwack British Columbia. We perchased the house 2 years ago and have been cohabitting with something. We became aware of this energy almost right away. Candles that are mounted ont he wall have been thrown to the middle of the livingroom. Our CD player goes on and off by itself. My son has been visited by a little boy in the middle of the night looking for his ball. We constantly see things from the corner of our eye upstairs where our bathroom and two bedroom are located. I have seen a man standing in the doorway of my bedroom. At first I thought there was a intruder and when I turned to wake up my husband and looked back the man was gone. My 18month old grandson has been talking and laughing with someone in the left hand corner of my living room almost fron the time he was born. My eight year of grandson has sat up in his be and looked and nothing and said "oh, it only you" and then fell back asleep. Light fixtures attached to the walls in the basement of the house have flown across the room and smashed to the floor. My daughter spent the weekend with us and woke to a man standing over her.

I have prayed for Christ light to surround and protect the house and when I do that, it seems to clear the atmosphere for a time. I am not comfortabe doing laundry in the basement because I get the feeling that I am beening watched. My husband, bless his heart does most of the laundry. The things flying off the walls has settled down but the constant appearance of sights and catching things out of the corner of our eye still continues.
We know a little bit of histroy on the house. It was built in 1958 as a home for the workers that worked in the orchard. When we bought the house we know that the previous owner's husband had died at work 3 months prior to us purchasing the home
We are used to seeing energies as in the last several homes we own has had visitors every once in a while. We have always tried to help them towards the light.
This house however is proving more difficult. We have it up for sale but I think the energies here put people off. There has been no comment of sightings by people comming to view the house but I think that they can feel the energies in the house. I could really use some of your assistance. I am not really scared but I am not comfortable either. I watch your show all the time and have tried to use some of your suggestions. Please contact me.

sorry I have not got back to earlier...
it sounds to me like you have a mixture going on here...first one or more of your family are psychic therefore spirit are attracted to you for help...
also the previous owner is still aound
and thinking that the house is his..so if you change things like home improvments etc they will not like it...
You also have alot of family members from the spirit world who like to come visit these are the ones the children see...
because you and others members are psychic you will each need to close down
you can do it for a child...go to my pages how to open up and you will see where to learn to close down....then protect yourselves same page... fill each room in your house with an imaginary white light..ask any spirit who needs help to go into the light....
then address the previous owner and tell them that the house is now yours not theirs anymore tell them to go to the light as their family are waiting for them........
this should sort your problems out

I have 7yrs. in Therapeutic Touch,Energy workshops, 1yr. in Animal Communication. I have dropped off pamphlets on animal communications in person around my town...Vets, grooming, and daycare for pets, shops. I had word of mouth sent out by friends & family whom I done animal communicaton on their pets. I have helped people with whom, heard what I do & with satifaction. I do have one regular client, matter of fact sent me an e-mail the next day to do animal communication on her one dog. He is emotionally upset & showing it through being distructive in the home. Hello Christine - thanks for the show. I especially like the two of you usually ending the show with having a "toot". Sort of "back to the present" kind of thing.

I would appreciate any comments you may have regarding something that happened to me a short while ago.

Before I go into that, let me point out that I hardly ever remember my dreams upon wakening. I might remember them days, or weeks after the dream, and I don't remember it fully either.

On my way home from my workout at the gym, I was about to pass a row of houses which triggered my memory about a dream I had while in Italy a few months previously, but couldn't remember the actual dream. (I have driven through this area countless times before and nothing happened before this).

So out of curiosity, I looked at the houses to see if it would trigger anything else of the dream. But nothing.

I turned the corner and again looked at the houses and they seemed to have shifted. The only way I can explain it is that it was like looking at something through a pane of glass that has imperfections in it. Like they seemed to be slightly distorted in shape for just a second.

I thought to myself that maybe it was too much oxygen in my blood from the workout, and the sub zero temperature, and thought nothing more of it and continued on my way home.

When I turned into my driveway, I got this weird sensation that I should not be there. Like thoughts of: what are my neighbors going to think seeing me going down my drive way. Like they will wonder what I am doing there. I am not supposed to be here. But, obviously, asked myself: “this is my house, where else am I supposed to be”. But I also noticed that time seemed to drag on. Like it took a long time to drive down the driveway, almost like I was in translucent jello. (Again I’m thinking all this oxygen and subzero temperature is messing with my head).

Anyway, I open the garage door, park the truck, close the garage door and walk towards the house trying to shake this “I’m not supposed to be there” feeling. I walk around to the other side of the house, to go in the side entrance, and again I get this feeling that I am not supposed to be there and what are my neighbors going to think if they see me, and got the feeling that someone else was now living there.

So I stopped. This now started to rattle me, and wondered to myself what is going on. I thought that I must be dreaming and I purposefully whacked my hand against the side of the house. It hurt, so I wasn’t dreaming.

So after a while of trying to figure out what was happening a thought came to me. And that was that dead people are not supposed to be walking around.

Needless to say, this threw me for a loop. I wondered what had happened to me. A heart attack at the gym, a fatal car accident on the way home? I then got kind of angry and “said” that this can’t be happening. My death would kill my mother and I didn’t even get to say goodbye to my sister. That this was unfair, this wasn’t right. I am not ready to be dead yet! (How long this all took, I don’t know)

So I continued on down the side of the house and into my living room. Everything seemed to be distorted in the way the shape of the room now seemed to be rectangular rather than square. And the furniture seemed to have been moved slightly from where it was supposed to be.

I then remember getting into bed with the same sensation that someone else has been sleeping there, but it was my bed and I wasn’t going to get out of it. I must have then fallen asleep.

I did consult a psychic about this and she had some really interesting explanations. But I would appreciate any insight you can give me to what actually happened if you can. As I said before this was not a dream.

how do I help my 11 year daughter understand, when she sees spirits she has been seeing them since she was 18 months old when her grandfather died, he was with her till three years ago, now she sees faces of people which sometimes scares her thank you janet

Dear Christine:
I lived in a home for 7 years and it had alot of spiritual activity negative and positive. I am concerned because my mother, her husband and my eldest son are returning to that home. I am very concerned for them and other family/friends. I know that I have some gifts and some of the activity in the 7 years I lived there with my children were directed to me. How can I keep my family safe when they return to the family home that is over 100 years old.

I use to live in a house in New Brunswick, and I beleave it's haunted. I don't think the spirit is evil, and that it could posibly be the spirit of a big dog. I want to make sure that friendly spirit is safe, but i now live in ontario. How can I be sure he/she is safe and happy?

Hi just send your loving thoughts out to the spirit dog and try to visualize a bright light then see the dog go into the light this will make sure that the spirit of the dog is fine and happy in the spirit world
