Dear Christine first of all i would like to say i miss you on the show and have stoped watching it with you gone and will not watch it until you come back.what I would like to know is since I was a little girl I have felt spirits around me and have had dreams come true when I was young I had an imaginary friend with a very unusual name and I told everyone I would name my Daughter after and I did. lately I have been thinking of my Imaginary friend Quite a bit and have been feeling things around me a lot more when I was younger I prayed to God to not let me see or hear anything as I have had some frightening things happen to me while sleeping and have woken up with burns on my hands this was years ago but things are starting to happen again where shut doors are flying open and are scaring guests in my home Idon't feel afraid in my home but am afraid in other places, what I need to know is can you tell me more about what is around me or if these things are just a coincidense thank you Iam desperate for answers as I do not feel comfortable at work and hear things I had spent my childhood and most of my adult years with night terrors and don't want to feel that again thankyou so much. and I can't wait to see you back on TV .

Hi Christine, my sister, Janet,moved house at the end of January.She also joined the spiritualist church.It appears two spirits are touching her and keeping her awake at night.One follows her out of the house to work etc.She has tried burning sage and has bibles out.Someone from her church came out and said he cant do anything cos the spirits dont want to go!Please help

Just wanted to say that my boyfriend and I are very disappointed with the new girl on rescue mediums. Actually found this sight while googling to find out what happened to you! The new girl draws like a 6 year old and doesn't add anything to the show at all. She is just a parrot, repeating everything Jackie says.... makes the show seem very fake.

HI Christine - I really miss you on RM but am happy to see you are still busy providing guidance. I have had a few recent (and not so recent)experiences that I'm trying to explain ... I have seen people who are no longer living in white attire and looking calmly at me. Some are connected to me personally -- others are by acquaintance. I also have had vague feelings that something is about to happen. Like a sound, or a constant image that repeats in my head. When I put 2 and 2 together I realize I've had something like a premonition of events - and I wonder if things would have been different if I was able to provide a warning. I am not sure what to do with this - if I have some kind of intuition that I should explore. Can you give me any suggestions?

Hello its me again Christine...I have had some funny things happening in the past 4-5 yrs...with my touch lamp going on and off different times of the day...we have debugged it by switching plug ins and trying different things to actually turn it on and off and to no avail it didn't come back on by any other means...just with one of my family actually touching it with our hands...I say its my "Granny" as she was a very large factor with my marriage to my husband where my father was concerned...she was my rock as well as my mother...but I am just wondering was or is it her doing this showing me that she is around and watching out for me?...any info would be appreciated thanks sweetie...hugs and may you always have lots of light around you xoxo ....Carrol

My family and i use to watch the show all the time, and it was a coffee time talk. Now, none off us watch it because we can not handle the women who took your spot. I cant seem to find any ability in that women what so ever and so i can't waste my time on it. I'm surprised to see that is't still running.

I quickly got into my cosy chair with a blanket, a drink, and snacks ready for the show to begin but had missed the first few minutes. I didn't realize you had left the show. When I saw a stranger in the opening scene I kept expecting you to come around the corner. Alas, you did not appear. This is very disappointing. Hi Christine, I'm not sure of the details but have been wondering why you're no longer on RM. I always felt that you were the only real medium on that show. I tried to watch the new season with Jackie and Alison but just could not make it through to the end; it felt so fake and Alison was just repeating everything that Jackie said. I hope that you get your own show because I will watch every episode. You know what you are, and the talent you possess - you have nothing to prove to anyone. I believe in karma Christine, totally. In my previous home a bad neighbour fiddled my elec meter when I was staying with family due to ill health (caused by said neighbour) In a nutshell, after finding a new place, I ended up not with the ground floor flat I was supposed to have but with the nicest place in the block complete with balcony due to.....an electrics fault! This was less than an hour before I met the estate agent to pick up the keys! She told me about the fault when I showed up and asked would I mind taking the balcony flat instead....lol! I have so many more personal stories to tell about karma but lets just say that provided we're willing to meet it halfway, this powerful beautiful abundant universe of ours steps in, looks after and heals us when we need it most. Sometimes our fellow women can be the worst - your guides will tell you the trouble I've had in my life with female workmates too! Namaste xx

I just discovered Rescue Mediums this year, and I have managed to record every show from the first three seasons, and have watched them NUMEROUS times. The sad part is that you are no longer there. Being a little bit behind the times, and not knowing any better, I searched the websites to find out where you where, and low and behold I find all this chatter and some serious like minded people who want you back. If the wonky producers can't see what we all see, then I hope they have a big boot to kick their behinds when all your loyal fans follow you to your next big project on a different network.

I was going through the channels this evening and found that the new season shows are now being shown on CBS Reality in the UK. I tried to watch a couple of episodes but got bored and switched over to watch something else.

You're better off out of it Christine. When you were in it the format was fresh and it was great but now it's gone stale.

Conclusively the wrong move on the Rescue Mediums (producers) part!

Programs are enjoyed by many audiences for different reasons getting close to the main characters is a huge part of a tv shows success.

Many people including myself have known you as a major part of rescue mediums without you it's not the same show we all know & love.

I also believe in Karma.....You will have your own show soon & it will be greater, more exciting & preferred!

On Friday nights once the kids are in bed my husband and I watch Rescue Mediums that we have PVR'd during the week. As we turned the show on tonight we had a surprise. Where was Christine???? You and Jackie had a great repoire on screen. The show isn't the same without you. I tried to find the Viva site to leave my feedback but cannot find it. Why not do your own show. Not be a team like TVPSYCHIC ROADSHOW, but one you do things for yourself. Try to get a station to put it opposite of Rescue Mediums.

I am really gatefull to all who have sent me messages about the new season's. Its seems many feel the same, that for some, the show is just not the same. I have also been told that the new season's are trying to be a scaled down most haunted with derek acorah type over shadowing taking place. Some fan's are finding such things hard to find credible. When i tuned into rescue mediums and you were not on it i wondered if your absence was health related.I found out what happened by doing some research on websites.The producers have made a huge mistake in letting you go.You have a great gift and a genuinely warm personality and the show is lacking that your spark.I wish you all the best and i hope to see you on your own show so you can keep shining your light for all of us fans.

The show has def. suffered with your abscene and I truly do think that they made a terrible decision with how they treated you and with having a new member to the team. The show just isn't the same without you! I never used to miss an episode, now without you on the show, I don't enjoy it and feel that I will no longer be watching it. It never occurred to us that you were replaced for any other reason than your own choice.

Having taken the trouble to explore the reasons for your leaving, I must insist that you believe, as I always have, that everything is for a reason. It seems clear to me that whatever wrong has been done to you, the show will meet its demise pretty soon as it is missing a very vital link to success, which is you Christine.

Well said Pamela I agree I will no longer watch after finding out what they did. What an evil sneaky way to treat another person. I wonder if they would like the same done to them? I have been an avid fan of the show and when the new season began I was saddened to see that you were not on it. I was puzzled and confused and angry that there was no explanation as to why you weren't there.I would prefer that you were on it and now that I know you were betrayed I will no longer watch it.You and Jackie did work well together as a team and I find that Alison to be a bit fake at times. I was wondering if you have ever been approached to solve the case of Eric Larsfolk and John McCormick Jr? Two young boys from Caledon Ontario, that just seemed to vanish from the pit which they were driving around in dune buggies.
They were 14 at the time, no possesions missing, such as coats, wallets, etc. They just disappeared! Or did they?
I have heard many speculations as to what may have happened, and they are unspeakable!
If you go to missing children site, you can read all about the case, Maybe you will have some insight!
I have a tie to this case, as I was from the area and John was best friends with my cousin Dwayne, whom has always wondered what happened to his friend!
If you can, please give their friends and family some of your wisdom!

My husband and I wondered where you had gone! So we looked it up on our computer, how sad! Things will never be the same! Just to let you know, I understand your sense of betrayal, as I too have been betrayed by people whom I believed to be my friends. It is not only painful, but can be almost life altering! I watched some of an episode of seaon 4 on youtube. I was not impressed it seems to be just jackie talking and alison doing nothing. At one point I swear jackie was what we call doing a derek it was ridiculas honestly if thats the show now it sucks !!!

Being from the UK (Liverpool) I've only seen one episode from Season 4 on You Tube. It's just not the same show Rescue Mediums was and always will be Christine & Jackie.

Seasons 1 - 3 are great examples of Mediumship led investigations. I much prefer your type of shows to the other "ghost hunting" type shows.

I have to write and tell my gratitude to you.I have watched your show, and REWATCHED it many times a week since prod. began.I am Police Officer in Toronto,who has been on and off duty with cancer, so your show became a very warm stop on the dial.Life after dath issues come up alot. pRecently I lost my best friend Cheyenne , and due to your show have guided her 8 yr old son to rust she is with us still, on a level YOU taught me about.
There are times I dont have good faith in a god , but now esp missing my friend , and holding her sons hand, I can talk to her

Spiritually ,what you have done has helped countless people and WILL continue to do so. I know leaving a TV show is a political and emotional wringer, but know it was not for naught.

I am so sorry to see that you are not appearing in the new seasons of Rescue Mediums. Your chemistry with Jackie during Series 1 to 3 was one of the reasons I watched as often as I did and having now seen a couple of the episodes without you I can only say the producers have made a mistake replacing you with that woman whose name I can't even remember. (No offense to her as I am sure she is a perfectly sweet woman.)

I doubt I will be tuning in to the seasons without you and as a developing medium myself I feel as if one of the few rational voices on television has now been cut off.

There are good things coming for you regardless and I am so happy to have found your page.

I loved you on Rescue Mediums when it was aired here in Texas - then it was dropped from the program schedule about two years ago. I've patiently been waiting for its return to another cable network, but now I hear you're no longer on the show and I'm heartsick over that news!!! Now I don't know if I would bother watching it if it did return ...you and Jackie had such a great chemistry together. Just wanted to send you love and good thoughts. We are so dismayed to hear that you will not be back for Season 4 - it just will not be the Rescue Mediums without you & Jackie. I always watched the show for years before it really became popular, but on the weekend i watched and was shocked to see chris not on\. Chris was not only part of the show she was the show. It is definately not the same, the chemistry is gone. Who is this Allison person and why is Christine not on the show. I have never written to a show before or because of a show but that is how upset i am.

They have ruined what was a great show, great because of you and Jackie. One without the other it does not work. Alison seems out of her depth and has no where near the talent you have. The sketches are a joke and my niece who is five could do better. Jackie does not seem to be the same somehow and the humour has gone.
All I can say is what a shame.

Christine, I am writing you again to let you know that I no longer watch the Rescue Mediums and miss you terribly.

I have tried to watch the show but have given up. It does not have the same draw for me which I find very sad as I was glad to see a Canadian show become successful. I am not being negative when I say that although Jackie is still there, her demeanor has changed, she is not as personable and caring as when you were on the show with her.

I'm so sad to see that you are gone. My husband and I don't watch a lot of TV together but loved watching Rescue Mediums. I have always believed in spirits but my husband has not always felt this way. It was Rescue Mediums that made him believe. The show would shock him. Your predictions and drawings were absolutely amazing and we will miss them greatly. My husband and I sat down tonight to watch the show and you were not on it. We are both greatly disappointed. I would really like to thank you for helping my husband to not be blind to spirits. Now he understands me much more. I think he thought I was a little bit crazy when I spoke of spirits before, but watching you ladies helped him realize that I'm not. Now we can actually sit down and watch something we are both interested in. I'm a HUGE fan of the show, sure there are other paranormal shows on the air but Rescue Mediums is the only one who actually help the wayward spirits into the light and that's what's really important here. These souls need help passing through to the light, I'd hate to think that I had a loved one stuck and there wasn't anyone there to help them crossover. I've seen a few episodes with Alison and it's just not the same without you. I can see that Jackie is not quite herself/comfortable working with her yet but she's trying for the fans sake. I really don't understand why the producers made this change when it's plain to see the natural link between you and Jackie. Why are they messing with a tried and true team such as yourselves? I know in my heart they've made a terrible mistake! And you are by far the better artist! Congrats on your exhibit in Toronto! Your sketches actually resemble the spirits you encounter whereas Alison's sketches are that of a child's stick figures and have no real likeness to the subjects. I'm sure Alison is is very gifted and a nice person but I really miss you, and feel more connected to you as I am sure Jackie does too! The show is just not the same anymore without you. What's it going to take to make the producers open their eyes and see what a huge mistake they've made? I will pray that you come back to the show, you're truly and greatly missed!!! I was rather taken aback and disappointed to find that You were no longer on the show with Jackie. BOTH of you made the show what it was and made it very enjoyable to watch. I have just seen a new episode & have to agree with everyone on here,its not the same. Its not even about being able to adapt to a new person, your irreplaceable & were an intergral part of the show being the success it is today. I'm sure this new co-host has paid her dues elswhere but not with this show. For the show to go ahead like everything is hunky dory is making it akward to watch as a viewer & even more akward to watch this phony fake connection that these two now have.I'm not buying what their selling and they have lost a fan. I have to agree with some of the other fans that have watched the new season of Rescue Mediums. Though Allison seems very nice, she does not seem to have anywhere near the amount of psychic gifts that you are blessed with. She seems to be a filler for a show that required a duo. You and Jackie complete each other and act as one. It seemed, as I watched the new season, that poor Jackie is doing the bulk of the rescuing. Allison just follows in her footsteps. It is my opinion that more troubled spirits would be helped if you returned to the show with Jackie, since lets face it, isn't that what it is all about?

I wasn't sure I was watching my favourite program the other night when I saw Jackie and Allison on the Rescue Mediums. My first thought was that Christine must be sick or had family issues so they needed a guest pychic. I am so disappointed that Christine is no longer apart of the show!!! I agree with other people that Jackie seems to be doing all the work and that Allison is just there for support. I'm sure Allison is a very nice person, however there is no comparison to Christine. There was such a bond between the two that is lacking between Allison and Jackie. I'm hoping you come back soon Christine!

Just want to add my diapointment as I just watched the show sesason 4 for the first time and noticed the change. I don't know what happened behind the scenes but it's definitely not the same. I loved both J&C , and I am sure Alison is a nice lady but I can say I'll be watching the show anymore.

I watched the show last night and tried to be opitmistic about the new addition to the show. However it seems to me that she does not appear to be psychic. Jackie seems to be doing all the work and Alison seems to be just a helper or there for support.I believe that they have made a mistake and wish you all the best in your future endevors. I know that the universe has a grander plan for you!

Awe Christine...settled in to watch the new Rescue Medium season and was shocked to see "no Christine". Like others have said at first I was concerned that you had fallen ill so decided to search you out and found this site. What a rotten thing for them to do. In an email no less. My heart goes out to you...as someone who was terminated from a job last year it is totally devastating but what I learned was it was a new beginning and now things are much better. I know you will feel the same in the end.

I wrote to Rescue Mediums and asked where our beloved Christine was - was she O.K.? - was she ill ? - was she working on something else and couldn't continue with the show ? I was quite upset that our Christine vanished. The Rescue Mediums web site did reply but didn't answer the question. The reply was rubbish. I thought Christine was just FANTASTIC in the show and I miss her ! I shall now register my complaint with VIVA and I sincerely wish Christine all the best in her future endeavours. Yes, it would seem the remains are that of a young child and the dental records should confirm either tomorrow or Wednesday. The body was found off the number 6 route in a secluded wooded area off a dirt road often used by the local Mennonite community. The body was beside a large rock pile in an isolated area. Found Sunday in Wellington North Township. 15 minutes north of where they had been searching.
From CTV:

"Rektor said the area where the remains were found -- near 6th Line just south of Highway 89 in the town of Mount Forest -- has been sealed off and authorities are investigating the findings."

I thought you would want to know there has been some human remains found about 15 minutes from the sight where McClintic took Police on the search. It has not been confirmed but they are thought to be Tori's.
Hopefully this will give closure to the family and give police the evidence they need to put the two monsters away for good.

There has been no real news of Tori at all. People are still searching and some people seem to think she may be located south of Woodstock. The car seat has still not been found which begs the question: how does such a large item remain hidden from view?? I mean, the "criminal buffer zone" simply cannot be that large--the car seat must be here somewhere. This is something my logical mind cannot accept--the car seat's complete absence.

We are very sad indeed that there have been so few breakthroughs in the case and that the poor family suffers without complete closure in absence of the remains.

I have just been notified that a man and a woman have been arrested over the Tori Stafford abduction. It looks as though its bad news! I think it was in Guelph so I dont know what connection they had to the sherbourne and front st but hopefully the full story will come out soon. I have just put my new sketch on as their photos have no yet been released. So if any of my sketches look like them I wont know untill they are released. I feel truly sorry for her parents and family and my thoughts are with them at this very sad time.

I really do believe that your mediations are so dead on with Sherbourne, Front, Oxford. From the highrises in this area you can see an old ship (a restaurant on Lake Ontario) Front Street is almost at Lake Ontario. Oxford Management is also near this intersection. And as I mentioned before that there is a bus stop at Sherbourne and Front. It is quite a sketchy area a few blocks of this area. ( You mentioned possible drugs....lots of them). Regarding a FARM. The Riverdale Farm is within walking distance from Sherbourne and Front. It is a fabulous farm right in the heart of downtown Toronto. A poster mentioned a dream about a farm and horses. I checked tonight and indeed there are two brown horses but they have dark manes and tails. I had a dream of Tori a few days after she went missing. In my dream I was hiding in this small shed with her. It almost resembled a miniature version of a house. Someone got a "street view" of that address off the internet and it shows that there are high-rise apartments above the restaurant.

In the middle of last year I kept seeing a dream over and over again about Madeline in the sea, she had black (or very dark hair) and was with a lady. At that point there seem to be some people that had noticed her and called for help. All of a sudden there was police surrounding the beach and a man (not related to the police) trying to get her away. This could have been just a dream, but I have had this so many times and it had felt so real.

Was looking through your web site recently and saw that you and Jackie did an episode in Oshawa, Ontario...that's where my younger brother and I were born!
We have a tourist site called Fort Edmonton Park and one house in particular is reputed to be haunted by a young boy and his mother...any chance of you and Jackie coming to Edmonton any time in the near future?
Back in the late '90s, a friend was reading my palm and told me that I was psychic...I can recall on two occasions where that was true - in the early '70's, I had this feeling that my mother, my siblings and I were going to move into this house, which was situated a block west from where we were living at the time...and we did! Then, in July 1991, my mother and I flew to Toronto,for a week, to help my maternal grandmother celebrate her 80th birthday (she passed away in November 1995). Shortly after we had arrived, I heard on the news about a little girl, about four years old, went missing. I somehow knew that this little girl would not be found alive...and I was right. Her body, and eventually her killer, were found shortly after.
These are just gut feelings that I get from time to time...do you feel that I am psychic and if so, how do I develop to its fullest potential?

Hi Christine!
I love the show. My aunt has a PVR so she records RM all the time so we can watch if we're not around when it airs. I do hope the Lois Hannah case (Bervie near Kincardine, ON) is coming along well. My aunt says she's had Lois come through and is always on my aunt's mind. My cousin (Connie Hanna--different spelling) lived in an old farm house on Hwy 21 near Bervie. Oddly enough, there were a lot of things that happened there and there was one window that constantly was covered in flies. Nothing could get rid of them. We never really knew what was wrong on that property. Stuff would turn on and off. Connie's husband could hear his sister-in-law in the downstairs bedroom while he was getting ready for work (but she was in the one across from them on the second floor). I guess we're wondering if it's possible that this place has anything to do with Lois's case. The house is about 15 to 20 mins from Bervie. I found a bone fragment on the property, but I dismissed it as an animal bone. In hindsight, I'm not sure. Anyway, we hope Lois's case is coming close to being solved.
On the subject of Lancashire, my Gramma (on Dad's side) is from Birnley (sp.)Lancashire. She was a war bride and married a French Canadian man (passed).
Well, that's all for now. I have another story about my friend's scarily haunted house, but I'll put it in another post at another time.

Hello first thing I love your show rescue mediums.
Second I am not sure how to put this so i was say it the best i can ever since i can remember i have heard voices and senced "things" and ive seen things like what i call shadow figures my mom has seen spirits before so i guessed i got it from here but i could just be going nuts although i really hope not am i? And how do you know if you have a spirit guide cause i think mine went on a perminent vacation, Im not trying to sound bad but, I dont know I guess i just want to make sure im not losing my mind, ive had dreams when i was younger and the next day would play out exactly i blocked that cause it scared me. but i get dejavue alot. any info would be great. thanks.

Hi, i've been watching your show and i can't tell you how much i admire what you two are doing! Finally someone who isnt trying to prove spirits exist but is helping them! I really admire this and wish i could help stuck spirits too.

I lost a brother to suicide years ago but since my teens or so have had many experiences, knowing someone will die, Its a horrible feeling, like someone shoved your face with incredible force and made you see something and then when it comes true a week or whatever later, by then hoping you were wrong finding out it happened and going through much guilt and wondering what its all for.I hear things and sometimes smell things like smoke around when my brother passed, and picturing my sisters in my nanas(passed) back yard and finding out a couple of days later that they went to the old house to say goodbye lots of instances like that.

About 6 monthes before my brother passed, i started hearing stuff, i felt a spirit of a young man (very negative) in the condo i was living in and then when my brother passed things got stronger and out of hand for a while, i woke up hyperventilating from dreams that didnt feel like they were my own, the voices were like a conversation happening far away and i can only pick up some words out of a sentence and when they were negative they were electrically static it seemed like.I prayed my way through some nights and you know i heard a couple voiced praying with me and they said the lords prayer differently than me, you know and older version.
I saw my brother at the end of my bed the night after he passed, i could see through him, he was looking at his shoes i had at the end of my bed, i looked at him groggy and he turned his head my way and stood up and walked right through the wall. He was like a shilouette. I really think to this day he came to see me and found other spirits there and was sticking around a bit to protect me, my brother in law got a message (differently than me) to tell my sister to move and i have gone to a phsycic who said to close the door i opened that i could do it, well i dont know how. I feel like i may be a psychic sponge and i'm always tired. I try to ignore the voices now its too tireing to try to figure them out, though now and then i hear some raised voices like concerned yelling about something or someone and then i hear something happend to the person whos name i was hearing being yelled, maybe i shouldnt ignore them?but its worrisome and very tireing.
I was so so worried about my brother and if he was ok or not being raised catholic, i went to the church we went to as a children and prayed for him deeply and prayed for a sigh that he was o.k, these voices you see, werent helping matters, some of them being negative. I then went to a book store immediately after and a weird thing happened, i felt a warm feeling pass through me like a tingling from my head to my toes it felt like warm light, i felt peace "like christmas as a kid but a thousand time stronger" i was walking down the street crying happy tears and people were looking at me as if they saw something freaky (or maybe it was just me crying). I then went home and the phone wrang it was my sister she had just got a letter from the woman who found my brother, i insisted she tell me her news before i told her mine, she said the letter explained how my brothers death affected her life and so on and told of a story after her dad passed with cancer and she was in the viewing room and she saw and felt a light pass through her body from her head to her toes and felt at peace with her fathers death. I hope this was a sign my brtoher is ok it must have been.
I have felt spirits presences at different places and after having several experiences i can not explain the sadness of a spirit being stuck its such a waste and i hate not being able to help, i felt as if i should have helped that negative spirit at the condo somehow but didnt know how. This is why your show of all the shows out there makes the most sense to me its amazing what you are doing and it's awsome knowing that there are people like you out there doing this work, keep it up!

Christine, my son picks up energies. He has seena shadow of a man in his doorway, holding a knife. He had many night terrors. You suggested he shut down every night. This has worked but I feel like its still trying to get in here. I see dark swirling things on my ceiling at night sometimes. I smudged and asked it to leave, but I not sure if it did. I always feel like its watching me. After I smudged I found a flower from a vase in my bathroom sink. No one was home and it was not there prior. I was curious about the land history and this house which was only built in the 80's. If I knew who was here I might have better cntrol of this. Maybe I should ask you for a reading. Love you! Lili

My Mum died about 7 years ago. At that time we were estranged and it is a very sad thing for me now. I was also not the person she expected me to be at that time. I have struggled with things but I want to know if there is a way to say sorry and to tell her I love her very much and I would very much like to know if she is happy now. I often become very very sad when I think of her life and that sadness she encountered. How can I contact her?

I'm going into highschool in september, so I need to get this off my chest. I feel like I'm being stalked, but I don't think it's by a human. It sort of feels like I'm going crazy...I tried seeing if closing down helped, but I found it hard to do. I haven't been sleeping well lately, and find myself waking up constently during the night. Do you think it might be the spirits, or am I just nuts? Are there any other ways I can find peace?

I am so in awe of you and Jackie and excited to know you are filming again. YAY! I was especially glad to see the picture of you in Halifax, which is where I live (or nearby). I have heard a few ghost stories from this area (Chezzetcook), and in addition, I have discovered a lot of orbs in photos I took in and around my little house. Some were done using a normal throw-away camera, of my deck, outside. I was stunned. I don't feel there are any very troubled spirits here, however (maybe just me, sometimes!).
I also want to send condolences about Badger. I just had to say goodbye to my good friend Howard, a stately old collie-setter mix, born in Kentucky, who was 15 and a half. I only "adopted" him two years ago and I know he had a good life, but it felt very sad just the same and I dearly miss him. I am grateful to have had him, nevertheless; he was a patient, kind, and dignified animal, and always drew admiration from strangers.
Thank goodness for animals.

I was so sad to hear of the loss of your dog. I recently lost my dog just before christmas. He was eleven and I had him since he was 5 weeks old. I could not make a move without him. We were very close. After he passed I asked him to let me know he was okay. He has come to me twice and that has helped me so much even though I still miss him terribly! Doggy heaven must be a wonderful and busy place!! Thank you for everything. Sherry
