HOW TO CONTACT THE SPIRITWORLD

How do we go about contacting the spiritworld ?  its not as hard as you think.

Firstly we must understand how the spiritworld works. 

While we are on the earthplane and in our bodies everything around us looks solid. But really its not if we broke it down into atoms its actually not solid its just vibrating at the same rate our bodies are vibrating at. So it appears solid to us.

When we pass through the change called death we vibrate at a much faster rate as does the spiritworld around us so that then becomes solid to us. So the spiritworld is indeed in and around our world.

To contact the spiritworld while we are here on the earthplane we need to lift our vibrations up and then contact can be made.  We can lift our vibration up through meditation and relaxation.  Sit quietly and take several deep breaths in and out  breath in the positive and breath out the negative.

The best place to develope and learn how to speak to the spiritworld it to go to your local spiritualist church and see what they have on offer maybe an open circle or development circle. These circles can really teach you how to raise your vibrations so that you can hear (clairaudience) see (clairvoyance) and feel (clairsenceua) They are normally free which is a bonus as classes can be expensive as much as £60 per person
